In winter 2024, we carried out the complete refurbishment of a bathroom in the urbanisation Costa del Sol, Malaga. The project started with an outdated bathroom, with problems of damp, obsolete plumbing and a poorly functional design, which did not meet the expectations of the owners. Our aim was to transform it into a contemporary, practical and welcoming space, combining aesthetics and cutting-edge technology.

The process began with careful demolition, addressing leaks and completely renovating the plumbing system with copper pipes and drains optimised for durability. We installed underfloor heating to ensure year-round thermal comfort, covered with large-format, non-slip Saloni porcelain tiles in neutral tones for spaciousness and serenity. The walls were covered with recycled glass mosaics in blue tones, creating a luminous and elegant effect, complemented by an anti-humidity treatment for greater protection.

The design included a large walk-in shower with a tempered glass shower screen and rain shower head, plus a minimalist wall-hung toilet with water-saving technology. A double washbasin unit in treated wood, with Silestone compact quartz worktop, was incorporated, offering storage space and a sophisticated touch. Strategically distributed dimmable LED lighting enhances the warm and functional atmosphere of the bathroom.

Every detail, from the selection of stainless steel fittings to the integration of a smart mirror with anti-fogging system, was designed to combine aesthetics and practicality. The result is a bathroom that not only enhances the value of the home, but also becomes a haven of relaxation and comfort for its owners.
