    Initial Diagnosis and Challenges<\/h3>

    The pool had rust stains on the in-situ stonework due to ironwork integrated into its construction, poorly positioned skimmers in relation to the impellers, and a deficient hydraulic system with multiple leaks detected after a pressure test. In addition, the lighting and filtration system were obsolete, affecting both aesthetics and functionality.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Interventions Carried out<\/strong><\/h3>
    1. In Situ Stone Reconstruction<\/strong>:
      • We demolished the original stone affected by rust and rebuilt it using marble, fibre and white cement, without iron, thus eliminating the problem of stains.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Hydraulic System Renovation<\/strong>:
        • We completely replaced the hydraulic circuit after detecting leaks.<\/li>
        • We relocated the skimmers, impellers and drains to a greater height, unified and equipped with anti-vortex covers, complying with current regulations.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • High Quality Coating<\/strong>:
          • We installed a Renolit Alkorplan Touch Vanity reinforced sheet, accompanied by a 400 g\/m\u00b2 geotextile on the floor and stair treads, achieving a smooth and resistant surface.<\/li>
          • The floor was welded by hand, which makes the floor look like a single piece and enhances the aesthetics.<\/li>
          • To mark the steps, we use 15 cm strips of Touch Prestige reinforced sheeting, guaranteeing safety and visibility.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Lighting Upgrade<\/strong>:
            • We replaced the old bulbs with modern white LED bulbs, which are more energy efficient and offer a spectacular visual effect, as can be seen in the photographs.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
            • Modernisation of the Filtration System<\/strong>:
              • We replace defective sand filters, motors and peristaltic pumps with an advanced system including:
                • High capacity cartridge filters.<\/li>
                • Adjustable speed motors.<\/li>
                • Ultraviolet lamps for superior disinfection.<\/li>
                • Intelligent pumps for automatic chlorine dosing and pH control.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
